Beijing Youth Development Foundation and Hope Project Beijing Endowment Center hold the work discussion conference of work station

The work station work discussion conference of Beijing Youth Development Foundation, and Hope Project Beijing Endowment Center was held in September Mansion, on Jul. 15.
        The purpose to hold this discussion conference is to generalize the work station work, research and resolve the problem occurred in the work, reinforce the work communication among each station, improve the work level of each station, and gradually increase the capacity of Hope Project public welfare project serving the youth, thus it shall further promote the development of Capital Communist Youth League public welfare works. In the conference, the eight work stations as Pinggu District and Daxing District, etc., respectively carried out discussion and demonstration for the topics as work station role, work station treatment and building, publicity and financing, innovation and development, and shared their work experiences and work rules. Chen Shuhui, the director of Hope Project Beijing Endowment Center, generalized the work of this discussion, and describes the work clew in the next stage. 
        In the conference, related leaders awarded the prizes for the nine work stations of Excellent Discussion Report, at the same time, the Beijing Youth Development Foundation, Hope Project Beijing Endowment Work Station advanced collective and advanced individuals are also praised. The work stations of Tongzhou District, Daxing District and Fengtai District were appraised as Excellent Work Station in 2008; The work station of Chaoyang District and Fangshan District were awarded by Best Financing Prize; The work stations of Chongwen District and Handian District were awarded by Feature Activity prize; the eleven work stations as Pinggu District, etc., were awarded by Project Management Prize, the six persons as Comrade Ruan Dawei, etc., were appraised as advanced personnel of work station in 2008.
        Deng Yaping, the deputy secretary of Municipal Committee of Communist Youth League was present this discussion conference, Comrade Deng yaping comprehensively confirmed the work achievements of Beijing Youth Development Foundation, Hope Project Beijing Endowment Center, and each work station, congratulated the work station with prize awarded, and expressed her gratitude to hard work of the work station personnel, as well as proposed requirement for the future work direction. She pointed out that, under precondition of making foundation well, each work station shall improve the innovation consciousness, collect fund and carried out various public welfare activities according to features of local industry and economic structure, the work shall have broken through point, she also remarked that publicity work is very critical to business development, and she hoped each work station can compile the serial publicity and planning scheme to find out the key point of work, and firmly grasp the youth characteristics. She required the work station to provide more detailed and careful services for the donators, reinforce the later period tracking for the beneficiaries, and timely feed back the status of beneficiaries to the donators, so as to cultivate the loyal donator groups and provide fast service platform for participating public welfare undertaking.
        The comrades in charge of Municipal committee of Communist Youth League, business department, and the Youth agriculture department, as well as the charge leaders and work staffs of the Hope Project work stations of eighteen districts and counties participated this conference.
